He and his wife, Joan, are now sharing those culinary finds with others at Fumare Meats & Deli. 


Traditionally cured and smoked meats from local small-batch producers are brought together to create a convenient one-stop destination located inside The Chicago French Market at The Ogilvie Transportation Center, Downtown Chicago.


FUMARE offers a delicious variety of locally made prosciutto, hams, smoked sausages, bacons and other delights. Menu highlights include an old-fashioned, Montreal-style smoked meat (think pastrami) that is cured and naturally smoked, peppered and slow-cooked on the premises DAILY to a well-marbled tenderness. Homemade soups, sandwiches and sides are also offered.
